Return and Refund Policy

Factory to You – No Return, No Exchange Policy 

This No Return, No Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Factory to You (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides products to customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) through our online platform (“Website”). By placing an order with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

1.1. All products purchased through the Website are sold on a final sale basis.
1.2. Except as expressly provided in Section 2 of this Policy, the Company does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection of size, color, model, or quantity

Customer dissatisfaction not related to defect

Delays caused by shipping carriers

2. Limited Exceptions

The Company will only consider a replacement or remedy under the following circumstances:

2.1. Incorrect Item Received
If the Customer receives an item materially different from what was ordered.

2.2. Damaged or Defective Item
If the Customer receives an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery.

2.3. Notification Requirement
To qualify under Sections 2.1 or 2.2, the Customer must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue.

2.4. Failure to Notify
Claims submitted after the 48-hour period shall be deemed invalid, and the Company shall have no further obligation to provide remedies.

3. Inspection and Verification

3.1. All submitted claims are subject to verification by the Company.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to deny any claim lacking sufficient evidence or appearing to result from misuse, improper handling, or intentional damage.

4. Product Variations

4.1. The Customer acknowledges that minor variations in color, pattern, texture, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or digital display differences.
4.2. Such variations shall not constitute defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and compatibility prior to purchase.
5.2. The Customer must ensure the accuracy of all shipping and contact information provided during checkout. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information.

6. Refusal of Delivery

6.1. Refusal to accept delivery does not constitute a valid return and does not entitle the Customer to a refund or exchange.
6.2. Any costs resulting from a refusal of delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Punjab  , without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
